Thank you to everyone who came out on Friday night! We had an amazing evening. In the end, we raised right at $10,000 for the LIVESTRONG Foundation. That’s down right ridiculous, and a testament to the love and support that everyone has provided us over the last 6 years, specifically the last 15 months. It is truly a blessing to be surrounded by so many wonderful and caring people.
Special thanks to those who donated auction items, bid on packages, sponsored, supported, bounced, enjoyed, and played all night long with us! All of the auction items sold, and most hosted heated bid battles. Thanks also to the Mystery Donor who matched all straight donations for the evening. Thank you to Jack Perry of Perry Video & Photography for handling all of our photography needs. An extra shout out to all our performers. Taylor somehow managed to line up seven straight hours of top-notch entertainment (with the exception of the glow-stick tossing fools in the middle). If you want to know more about any of the bands, just follow this links listed below. I can also speak for the members of Haywood, and say that we had a blast playing on stage together for the first time in nearly 10 years… best part? We get to do it again on Friday, in Bryan/College Station. Look for interviews in The Battalion and The BCS Eagle late next week.
I would like to once again thank all of our sponsors, donors, and people gave time, effort, services or goods to this event:
